Ancient Canatha is a historical archaeological town located northeast of the city of As-Suwayda in southern Syria. It is characterized by its enchanting mountainous landscape surrounded by forests and is considered one of the most prominent ancient Roman cities, having been one of the ten cities of the Decapolis League. It boasts famous historical monuments such as temples, palaces, and the ancient Saraya building.
