Ananias Church

The Church of Ananias is considered the oldest Christian landmark in Damascus. It is an underground crypt that was originally the house of Ananias, who received and baptized Saint Paul. Located in the Bab Touma neighborhood, it is a world-renowned pilgrimage site that reflects the beginnings of Christianity and the Roman-era landscape.
