The Muhammadiyah Waterwheel

The largest and oldest waterwheel in the city of Hama, Syria, is nicknamed "The Big Sister" of the Orontes River waterwheels. Located in the Bab al-Nahr area, it is distinguished by its enormous size and rich history dating back to the Mamluk era.
